There’s so much to love about sweet potato fries. Crunch, taste, health — it’s all good.
Here’s how I make them:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Chop sweet potato as evenly as possible. More or less difficult depending on the potato in question.
Season with olive oil, cumin, rosemary and nutmeg. The cumin really adds depth and deliciousness.
Coat evenly then spread out on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes then flip. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Today I decided to make a dip to go along with the fries: 1 tsp goat cheese, 2 tsp plain greek yogurt, minced garlic & paprika to taste.
