The best home-cooked meals are the ones that somebody else cooks!
This weekend I was lucky enough to enjoy a delicious breakfast courtesy of my very sweet boyfriend.
He chef’ed up some french toast and smoothies before enjoying a cozy, rainy Saturday.
It doesn’t get much better.
I also managed to make a relatively healthy and delicious dessert after our dinner that night.
Take the following steps (unless you’re lactose intolerant or allergic to peanuts – or adapt as needed – sorry!):
1. Freeze 3 ripe bananas.
2. Blend frozen bananas, a splash of chocolate milk, and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
3. Enjoy your guilt-free ‘ice cream’ treat!
